Returns and Exchanges

Policy

We accept returns for refund or Exchange on all items received in like new condition (no wear, unless defective) with tags in place within 21 days of the original purchase date.

This excludes sale items including items purchased with promotional discount codes, there is no refund or exchange for a sale item.

Shipping costs and taxes are not refundable. The customer pays for return shipping, and in case of an exchange we will cover costs on the outbound shipping.

Loss or Damage

We are not responsible for packages that lost or damaged during shipment, or for packages sent to a wrong address entered by the customer. Please check the shipping address before placing the order.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs and duty charges, which are payable upon arrival and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges.
